A 61-year-old Nigerian woman, Doyinsola Ilori, has questioned women who wear revealing outfits but expect men not to become sexually aroused by their appearance.
Ilori expressed her views in a Facebook post on Monday, October 12, 2026, saying she struggled to understand why women would dress provocatively while expecting men not to experience an erection.
“I do not understand how a woman will be half naked, provocatively dressed and tell me the man does not have a right to have an er€ction,” she wrote.
Describing the issue as one of the most confusing things she had encountered, Ilori invited people to explain their perspectives.
“This is one of the most confusing things I have had to deal with in my life. If you can, please make it make sense to me,” she added.
She concluded her post with the Yoruba expressions, “Kò yé mi. Ọlọ́run ń gbọ́,” indicating her continued bewilderment.
