Nigerian content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Jarvis, have confirmed that they are expecting their first child.
The couple made the announcement on Thursday, October 8, 2026, by releasing maternity photos showing Jarvis with a visible baby bump.
The announcement comes months after Peller and Jarvis repeatedly dismissed speculation that they were expecting a child.
The couple got married in August 2026, holding their traditional wedding before their white wedding ceremony in Lagos.
Before confirming the pregnancy, Jarvis had addressed reports about her changing appearance, explaining that medication she was taking to gain weight was responsible for the changes.
Peller also dismissed the pregnancy reports at the time, insisting that the couple were not expecting a baby.
However, their latest maternity photos have now confirmed the pregnancy and brought an end to months of speculation among their fans.
The speculation intensified after Peller previously shared photos of Jarvis, with some fans claiming they noticed signs of a baby bump.
In early October, Jarvis further fueled the speculation during a livestream when she appeared to accidentally reference the pregnancy, saying, “the baby is kicking.”
Peller quickly reacted to the comment, drawing renewed attention to the pregnancy rumours.
The couple’s announcement comes about two months after their wedding and marks a new chapter in their relationship, which began in the public eye through social media content and joint livestreams.
