The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has declared that the governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu must be removed from office this year because of the role he played in the Operation Python Dance 2.
Kanu in his New Year Message to Biafrans said that insamuch as IPOB said they will boycott the 2019 election, but the case of Abia will be different because of Ikpeazu.
The IPOB leader dared all the supporters of Ikpeazu who thinks they are courageous enough to come out publicly in Abia and paste any poster of Ikpeazu and face the consequences.
In Nnamdi Kanu’s words: “If there’s anything we are certain come 2019 that’s that there will be no voting in Biafra land starting with the presidential election. Come the presidential election, everywhere will be paralyzed.
“Okezie Ikpeazu will be removed from office as the governor of Abia State because of the role he played in initiating operation Python Dance 2 that killed hundreds of our people.
“This same Okezie Ikpeazu is responsible for the illegal detention of our Biafran Jews without trial in Umuahia. A crime for which Okezie Ikpeazu and his supporters will never ever be forgiven.
“Anybody supporting Okezie Ikpeazu is an enemy of the people. I don’t care who you are, allow me to repeat this, anybody supporting Okezie Ikpeazu is an enemy of IPOB and of Biafran people.
“Some of you have rushed to him to collect money claiming you’re one pro Biafran group or the other. You then rushed off to some newspaper publications to give them money to write rubbish.
“Let me warn you, if you think you have what it takes, come down to Abia State and raise any poster of Okezie Ikpeazu, that day you’ll know that IPOB owns Biafra land.
“We will set an example with you. The best you can do is to go Newspapers and be writing rubbish all day long. You cannot come on ground in Biafra land and do those nonsense you are mouthing of somewhere in Lagos. You cannot do it.
“Anybody who comes out to defend Okezie Ikpeazu will be in serious trouble. And their names will go down in history as those that rose against the will of the people. If you don’t want to be one of them, just stay clear of IPOB and what we are doing.
“Okezie Ikpeazu must fall regardless of what his handlers and controllers from Sokoto Caliphate does with INEC. Okezie Ikpeazu will fall. If Okezie Ikpeazu doesn’t fall, the world will bear us witness of what will become of Abia State.
“If you’re investing on Okezie Ikpeazu becoming the governor of Abia State, you are wasting your time and money. We said we are going to boycott elections, but you see Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu must be removed to serve as a warning to others that their excesses will one day count against them.
“No amount of state sponsored rigging through INEC which we know Fulani Islam control together with police and army will save Ikpeazu. We know they have made up their minds to put their boy back into office.
“Okezie Ikpeazu is a monumental disgrace. A man that has done nothing for 4 years only to invite Hausa/Fulani to kill us. Some of you don’t know this! They killed us in National High School, Aba. Have you forgotten what happened during operation Python Dance 2?
“All those in support of Okezie Ikpeazu running to the media to write nonsense, didn’t you hear about the armnesty report? Those they killed and threw into a borrow pit and poured acid on them? Is it because we’ve not picked up arms yet? Have you forgotten about the bodies discovered in Ukwa? All under one single man, Okezie Ikpeazu and you’re telling me that you’re supporting him?
“If you’re strong, come out on the streets of Abia State and tell me you’re Okezie Ikpeazu’s supporter and you’ll see what will happen to you. INEC will not save Okezie Ikpeazu from the ignominy that awaits.
“His Fulani friend have assured him that he’s going back, but we assure them that they are mistaking. We have being looking for excuse all these while, just rig Okezie Ikpeazu in and you’ll see what what will happen.”
